In my life’s hidden happiness homespun

I can still hear your voice snow fleckless

Of how we smiled sight unseen

I don’t know whether you know?

A light that makes my darkness clean

One I let go with my eyes dark swollen?

All my skies above, with darkness cast

Along with you mum; stars were stolen

Succumbing to darkness, without you my sun

Tears rolling with; eyes looking around

With drifting days you were nowhere to be found

So young that you once wished I knew life 

Flashing flood lights to get me feeling swoon

May be you could have realized and never left

If you only knew how much you meant to me

But you didn’t have a choice as days run short

Your sweet kindness, reminding me

The people that love you; are our precious moments

Iam better off sailing to Pluto

Than sitting eyes closed waiting on the rain

From the night that bleeds stars and the moon

Wandering the galaxies than see

My dream squashed lying motionless,

The only one thing that meant the world
