Bees and bird flock to taste your beauty
Under the sun, you wailed with
thirst
Winds afar from all corner of the
universe
Are tempted to kiss your scent
The monsoon quieted by the
savannah
Waiting and wishing for science
to take its course
Under the rain, swept off your
feet
Into the trench floozies you
stood no more
Your beauty fading within the mud
Rough upon tender, your petals
wizened
Bees and birds fly to find
another beauty
Forgetting what once was your
beauty
That once drew them forth so
lusty
The sky that laid your fate
Yet grooms another beauty floozy
